Ethics and whistleblowing line

At Orbis Pacific we act with integrity at every link of the chain. If you become aware of conduct that breaches the law or our principles, please tell us. You can do so confidentially and, if you prefer, anonymously.

01What you can report

  • Bribery, corruption or improper payments.
  • Money laundering, financing of illicit activities or breaches of international sanctions.
  • Fraud, forged documents or manipulation of product quality, weight or origin.
  • Minerals or products of illegal origin or from conflict areas.
  • Child labour, forced labour or other human rights abuses.
  • Serious environmental harm.
  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest.
  • Harassment, discrimination or retaliation.
  • Misuse of confidential information or personal data.

02Who can report

Anyone: employees, customers, suppliers, producers, communities or third parties who know of a matter related to Orbis Pacific or its group companies.

03Our commitments

  • Confidentiality: the identity of the reporter and the content of the report will only be known to those handling the investigation.
  • Anonymity: you may report without identifying yourself.
  • No retaliation: we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith, even if the facts are not confirmed.
  • Impartiality: every case is assessed objectively, respecting the right of defence of the people concerned.

04How we handle your report

  1. Receipt and registration with a reference number.
  2. Acknowledgement within 7 days at most, if you leave a means of contact.
  3. Preliminary review and, where appropriate, investigation by people independent of the case.
  4. Corrective measures and, where applicable, notification to the authorities.
  5. Feedback on the outcome within 3 months at most, whenever possible.

05Recommendations

Describe the facts in as much detail as possible: what happened, when, where, who was involved and how you learned of it. If you have documents, mention them. Please act in good faith: knowingly false reports may have consequences.

06Channels

Use the form on this page or write to info@orbispacific.com with the subject "Ethics line". Report data is processed under our Privacy policy and only to handle the case.
